Job Description
The Role:
Your role is to be the first point of contact for our customers by delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role you must be able to accurately answer queries, manage issues and find solutions that support the lending team and the wider organisation. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and always maintain high customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers and delivering an outstanding, signature service with every transaction in a fast-paced environment
Active listening to ensure client needs are being met
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the business's products and services
Supporting customers with suitable options that best suit their needs and provide customers with post settlement care
Following up and manage customer deadlines with strong attention to detail
Data entry for loan applications and ensuring compliance is observed
Administrative and liaison with leaders
Providing administration support to a team of Mortgage Brokers, Loan Processors, Advice, Property and Digital marketing teams
Managing settlement processes following formal approval
Fielding inbound calls to the wider business

Proven customer support experience as a client service representative
Ability to use tact, diplomacy and negotiating skills when handling difficult customers to achieve a positive outcome
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Competency with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Track record of over-achieving quota
Competent phone contact handling skills and active listening
